Rozendaal designed the Sexago service pattern in 1929, using a cunning design on the stem. Three finger-shaped sections are cut from each side of the hexagonal stem to provide unusual facets which are still comfortable in the hand. Sexago (along with Volutus) was one of the first patterns to appear in the new platina (grey) colour which the factory offered in the 1930's Please contact us if you can add to this information. |
